MDR provided architectural services for the renovation of the Public Spaces and West Tower with Loewen Design.  Public spaces improvements included the main lobby and lower levels, featuring registration desk, lounges, bar, restaurant, Sheraton Link, toilets, stairways, elevator cabs, and Sheraton fitness center. The separate 28,000 square foot Conference Center with ballroom, meeting rooms, boardroom, toilets, and corridors was also refurbished. The West Tower was fully renovated, including guestrooms, club lounge, and corridors.  Accessibility improvements and building permitting were included in this scope.
