In collaboration with Kay Lang Interiors, MDR provided full architectural design services to upgrade public spaces. An extensive outdoor patio with indoor-outdoor bar, fire pit, varied seating nodes, and abundant California landscaping provides  direct connectivity with lobby functions.  A new all-glass entry vestibule features dramatic art sculpture and solved the wind-tunnel effect in the old entry. Renovation completed in 2015.
