bar, pro shop and luxury spa. The clubhouse design is inspired by the architecture
of Tuscany.

to 2400 sq. ft. Units are arranged around a large formal courtyard and have been
strategically designed for the utmost in luxury and privacy. The architecture is
inspired by the beautiful white plastered buildings of Andalusia.
Currently under construction, this high-end luxury golf club is scheduled for completion
early 2011. This 52,000 sq. foot Spanish colonial style clubhouse features a 250

The architectural style for the club is derived from Spanish Mission style found
in the southern California USA coastal towns of Santa Barbara and Montecito.

retirement with master suite and private guest casita on the ground level and two
additional bedrooms on the upper level. The Grande Sala has a hideaway window wall
which opens onto an exterior sala and entertaining terrace.
