Overlooking the City of Burbank, this two-level 18,000 square foot clubhouse is designed in the California craftsman style, featuring a large veranda, bar and grille, community room, and expansive golf shop.  The site is a fitting venue for community events, offering dramatic views of the Verdugo mountains and San Fernando valley.  Exterior materials feature concrete roof tile, faux stone cladding, exposed wood soffits, and shingle siding.  The clubhouse Interior features an abundance of alder hardwood with hand-made accent tiles.  The expansive bar is highly detailed and is the social hub for the club.  A full-service commercial kitchen, offices, and an 84 cart storage barn are integrated into the facility.
