With breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, 300 guest unit suites are arranged in three and four story villa clusters along the Desert Willow Golf Course. Desert modern architecture along with indigenous desert flora has been seamlessly integrated within the existing golf course environment.  Preservation of view corridors, architectural vocabulary, careful site planning and water conservation were stringent requirements of the City’s Redevelopment Agency.

As the social focal point for the resort, a 70,000 square foot two-level clubhouse offers resort amenities including a 120 seat restaurant, 35 seat bar, state of the art fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, kid’s and teen clubs, business center, sundry shop, administration offices and an expansive sales gallery. The lower level consists of an 80 car structure parking and back-of-house areas.
