Located on a links-style golf course designed by Tom Lehman and Casey O'Callaghan,
and surrounded by pristine rolling foothills, this 18,000 square foot golf clubhouse
evokes an informal ranch-style character reminiscent of the original ranch heritage.
Amidst a natural setting dating back to the early 1800's, individual buildings comprising
the golf facility are residentially scaled, incorporating agrarian architectural
elements, refined detailing, and long-lasting materials.
The clubhouse includes a 225-seat banquet facility, generous outdoor dining terraces,
restaurant, bar, commercial kitchen, snack bar, 900 square foot golf shop, and cart
storage.
A state-of-the-art 7200 sq. foot maintenance building is located near the driving
range, including a 1-acre maintenance yard with a fueling area, bin storage, wash-down
area, and vehicle parking.
This project was completed in July of 2004.
